You're looking at it all wrong. You need to take the approach in the Manwich commercial: "There's a full serving of fruit and nuts in each bar!"
I like that approach. And it may in fact be true as we've eaten all 230 grams of it.
I can't wait til you get home. A fruit and nut bar percolating all day at work? I'll break out another roll of charmin, just in case.
